3rd Party Billing

Follow the steps below to invoice someone other than the actual patient.

If the third party is not already in your Contacts list, you will need to add them first. You only need to do this once for each contact.

  1. In the main menu, click Contacts
  2. Then click the green Add Contacts button
  3. Enter the contacts’ relevant details and click Create Contact

Once you have created a contact, their details can be used when creating an invoice. There are a few pathways to create an invoice, which are covered here. Once you have the invoice page open, follow the steps below.

  1. Choose ‘Contact’ in the ‘Invoice To’ section to assign the invoice to a contact. See screenshot below.


When a contact is used in the ‘Invoice to’ section, the invoice will be addresses to them. The invoice will also be available under the patient file.
