Add a user

As your business grows and changes, you’ll need to add more users that can access your tenancy. Follow the steps below to add a new Hippocamp user:

  1. Click Settings in the left menu, which will take you to the Users list.
  2. Click the green ‘Add User’ button.
  3. Select the Role of your new user. (To learn more about Roles click here)
  4. Fill in the fields in the pop-up and click ‘Add User’.
  5. The new user will receive an email to alert them that they have been added to your Hippocamp tenancy.
HippoCamp Tip
The Role you choose determines what level of access the user has. If the user is also a practitioner that needs appointments booked for them, you need to set this from their profile. Read more here
