Here’s how to add your logo to letters and invoices

First, create a letterhead

  1. Select Settings in the left hand menu.
  2. Click on Letters, then Letterheads at the top.
  3. Use the green ‘Add Letterhead’ button.
  4. Name your letterhead according to your clinic name for easy reference in future.
  5. Select the ‘clinics’ which will use this logo for letterheads.
  6. Then, select the ‘invoice letterhead for clinics’.
  7. Complete the form on the right, including the ‘logo’, ‘company details’ and ‘footer details’ on the letter template.
  8. Click on ‘Save’

Secondly, create a letter template

  1. Click on Letter templates at the top.
  2. Name your letter for easy reference in future.
  3. Complete the form
  4. Click on ‘Save’

When you create a Letter, you will be able to select the correct letterhead.
